FAQ – leBoosh!



1a. What is the currency used in this website?
Prices are in US Dollar (USD$).

1b. Are the measurements and color accurate?
For some products, there could be 1 to 2cm (0.4-0.8") differences due to manual measurement. There could also be slight differences in the color tone of the website's photos and the actual item due to lighting effects/angles, monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc.



2a. How long is your shipping time?

See chart below for detailed processing and shipping time.

2b. Where is the item coming from?
All our products are shipped from our China and USA warehouses via secured shipping and handling.

2c. How can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code of your order after the processing period. You will need to click on the tracking number in the email and it will direct you to a website where your parcel's shipping progress will be displayed. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 10 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

2d. Why am I not able to track my order?
Tracking number is always created first (once order is processed) and then captured in the system later, which can take 10 business days or more, depending on season. Therefore, if you cannot see the shipping progress of your parcel upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, please track again after 10 business days. If you are still unable to see any shipping information after 10 business days, please contact customercare@leboosh.com



3a. How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe & secure shopping and accept payment via Paypal. Paypal supports VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express and Discover card.

3b. What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices listed on leboosh.com are listed in US Dollar (USD$).

3c. How secure is my personal information?
leboosh.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology) and PCI compliant Level 1, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.



4a. How can I place an order?
To place an order for your favorite item you need to:
- Go to the link of your chosen product.
- Then select the right Color, Size, Design or another variant.
- Check the quantity if you would like to order more than 1.
- Click ’BOOSH! BUY NOW!’ button to proceed to checkout.
- And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information and an e-mail address to receive confirmation. 

4b. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #1234), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

4c. What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?
We always recommend to our valued customers to check SPAM/FOLDER if you have not received an order confirmation. If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support and we’ll send it again right away. 

4d. How can I change my order?
It’s important to notify us ASAP if you would like to us to make a change to your order, we request you to please update us within 2 hours after paying for the order. Especially if your request has shipping address changes to avoid inconvenience.



5a. How do I cancel an order?
If you change your mind and want to cancel the order, kindly email customercare@leboosh.com within 2 hours after you have placed the order. Within this time, we will be able to cancel and refund your item 100%. After 2 hours have passed without any email from you, we are not able to cancel your order as the order has been sent to our warehouse for processing and eventually picked up by logistics team to the airport.

We apologise for giving a short time frame as we wish to process and get your parcels shipped soonest for your benefit.

5b. Means I cannot cancel when the item is in transit?
Regret to say you cannot because the item is on its way to you. If we cancel, it will eventually arrive at your doorstep and it will be free to you. If every customer insists on doing so, it will be damaging for our business.

7. TAX

7a. Do I get charged tax for the products I buy on this website?
We do not charge tax on each product. You may get charged tax upon the product's arrival at destination country, following local Customs regulations. It will be your responsibility to pay for those taxes, if any.
